- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Pistols (each leg)
Equipment: Kettlebell (optional for added challenge)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
