- 50 GHD Sit-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Perform each set unbroken before moving on to the next movement. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Be mindful of proper form and technique, especially during the gymnastics movements.
