  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Kipping Pull-Ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

- Peg Board


Instructions:
Perform as many kipping pull-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Aim to maintain a consistent effort throughout all 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by modifying the pull-up variation or using a band for assistance if needed.
