For Time Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 100 Sit-ups
- 150 Air Squats
- 50 Push-ups
- 100 Double-unders
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance with pull-ups
Time Cap: 20 minutes
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
