AMRAP Gymnastics RopeAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Double-Unders
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration of the AMRAP. Have fun and challenge yourself!
