Chipper Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for scaling options


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete each set of reps before moving on to the next movement. Use the resistance band for assistance on pull-ups or modify the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Remember to scale the workout accordingly to your skill level.
