  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-bar
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Rope
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
- Pull-up Bar


Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Note: Scale handstand push-ups as needed with pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press.
