Chipper Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistols (each leg)
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups if needed
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the reps of each movement in order, breaking up as needed to complete the workout as quickly as possible. Modify movements as needed to maintain intensity and form.
