  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistols (each leg)

- Medicine Ball


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: This chipper workout will test your gymnastics skills and strength. Scale movements as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
