Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Wall Ball

For Time:


  • 50 Double Unders
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Jump Rope


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
