For Time Gymnastics BenchFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
- Push yourself to complete each movement unbroken if possible.
