Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics RigFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the workout. Make sure to warm up shoulders and wrists properly before starting.
