AMRAP Gymnastics Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
- 1 Peg Board Ascent


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed. Remember to rest as needed to avoid burnout. Have fun and push yourself to your limits!
