- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes to Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment:
- Kettlebell
Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Time cap: 20 minutes.
