AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Wall Balls

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 wall balls. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration of the AMRAP.
