AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Air Squats


Equipment:
- Resistance Band (for scaling options)
- Box for box jumps


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on quality movement patterns and push yourself to keep moving efficiently.
