  • 50 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 100 Handstand Push-ups
  • 150 Toes-to-Bar
  • 200 Double-unders

Instructions:
- Break up the reps as needed to complete the chipper.
- Scale movements as necessary to maintain intensity and form.
