EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • Even minutes: 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats + 5 Toes-to-Bar

Kettlebell Weight: Men #53 / Women #35
Scaling Options: Modify handstand push-ups to pike push-ups, toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement, and push yourself to complete the reps within each minute.
