  • 15 Toes-to-bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or v-ups if needed.
- Scale pistols to air squats or box step-ups if needed.
