Tabata Gymnastics Slam BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Pull-ups
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-bar
- Burpee Box Jumps
Equipment:
- Pull-up bar
- Plyo box
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
