  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10ft increments)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and range of motion. Focus on quality reps over speed.
