Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Dumbbell

For Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)


Dumbbell: Use a pair of 50/35 lb dumbbells for the pistol squats.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Notes: Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Make sure to warm up and mobilize properly before starting the workout.
