AMRAP Gymnastics Medicine Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 25 Double-unders

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the medicine ball cleans.
- Ensure proper form on double-unders to avoid injury.
