  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 25 Alternating Pistols

Equipment:
- Resistance Band (for scaling pull-ups if needed)

This workout is designed to challenge your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 15-minute AMRAP. Focus on quality movement patterns and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
