For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Dumbbell (optional for added challenge)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
