For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Strict Ring Muscle-ups

Dumbbell: Use a single dumbbell for the Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups (50/35lbs)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
