  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 45 Pull-ups
  • 60 Double-unders

Barbell: #135 / #95
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the gymnastics movements in order, breaking up the reps as needed. The barbell weight should be challenging but manageable for the squat clean portion. Time cap is set at 20 minutes, scale the reps or movements as needed to stay within the time cap.
