AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for scaling options


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of the listed gymnastics movements. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Set up stations for each movement to keep transitions quick and efficient.
