Chipper Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Walks (10ft increments)
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assisted pull-ups and ring muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete the reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining proper form and range of motion, especially during the gymnastics movements.
