  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 50 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Time Cap: 20 minutes


Notes: This workout is a chipper style workout where you must complete all reps of one movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form.
