  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 50 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Equipment:
- Peg Board
- Box for Burpee Box Jumps


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and range of motion. Focus on proper form to prevent fatigue and potential injury.
