  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 25 Double Unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and movement quality. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
