  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band for assistance on pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
