AMRAP Gymnastics Rower

AMRAP in 12 minutes:


  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 12 Handstand Push-ups
  • 9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Rest as needed to avoid burnout. Have a partner or coach spot you on handstand push-ups if necessary.
