AMRAP Gymnastics RowerAMRAP in 12 minutes:
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 12 Handstand Push-ups
- 9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Rest as needed to avoid burnout. Have a partner or coach spot you on handstand push-ups if necessary.
