AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Notes: Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or box handstand push-ups if needed. Make sure to keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize your rounds and reps.
