EMOM Gymnastics Stationary BikeEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Even Minutes: 15 Toes to Bar
- Odd Minutes: 12 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
Instructions:
Perform 15 Toes to Bar on the even minutes and 12 Handstand Push-ups on the odd minutes for a total of 20 minutes. If unable to complete the prescribed reps within the minute, rest the next minute and continue with the following movement on the subsequent minute. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
