AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Double-unders

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises if needed.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and consistent reps.
- Focus on breathing and pacing to maintain consistency throughout the workout.
