Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds
  • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-Ups
  • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is the total number of handstand push-ups completed.


Notes:
Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the entire Tabata workout. If needed, scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups on a box. Keep track of your reps each round to track progress.
