  • 30 GHD Sit-ups
  • 25 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Strict Pull-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement with proper form and technique, focusing on quality over speed. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to maintain efficiency.
