AMRAP Gymnastics Box

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)


Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to sustain effort for the duration.
