  • 8 Rounds:
    • 20 seconds of Toes to Bar
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Toes to Bar as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of Toes to Bar completed. Good luck!
