EMOM Gymnastics RopeEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute to begin the next set. Do the same for the Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
Notes:
Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on quality movement and maintaining good form.
