AMRAP Gymnastics BoxAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Air Squats
Notes:
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and safe jumps.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds and reps.
