AMRAP Gymnastics GHD MachineAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout.
