AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 25 Air Squats

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
