For Time:


  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 15 Pull-Ups
  • 30 Sit-Ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 10 Burpee Muscle-Ups

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (optional for weighted sit-ups)
- Box for Box Jumps
- Pull-Up Bar


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to scale the gymnastic movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining good form to prevent fatigue as you progress through the rounds.
