Chipper Gymnastics Kettlebell

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Handstand Walk (10ft increments)

Equipment:
- Kettlebell for optional goblet squats or kettlebell swings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
