- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Double-Unders
Notes:
Perform the designated reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you complete the reps before the minute is up. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
