  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Strict Pull-ups
  • 800 Meter Run

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (optional for weighted sit-ups)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
