- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 10 Strict Pull-ups
- 800 Meter Run
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (optional for weighted sit-ups)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
