  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 meters each)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
